Beer encourages the secretion of stomach acid and a kind of hormone called gastrin, making the function of the stomach and intestines active and digestion better.
Proper quantity is 1-2 bottles. The first gulp before dinner is effective.
The other drink effective for constipation is Honey milk. It is effective to drink a glass of milk with a spoon of honey. Both Lactose contained in milk and oligosaccharide contained in honey take time to digest and encourage the secretion of water, leading to better flow in the intestines.
Dietary fibers are good for the prevention of constipation. But if you are constipated, eating dietary fibers is like putting something in the place where is clogged. So you suffer from more bloating. When you have constipation, it is better to eat something easy to digest such as porridge, Udon noodle or Soba noodle. It is effective to eat dietary fibers after a certain amount of stool is excreted.
Exercise to improve constipation (Fig. 1 and 2) 1. Extend your arms and lie on your stomach pressing your belly onto the floor. 2. Stay in the same posture for 5-10 minutes. 3. Roll over to both sides slowly for more than 5 times (“Slowly” is important to move the gas in your belly.). 4. Doing this exercise once a day before you go to bed is recommended. You should feel difference within 1 week.
