It is said that acetic acid included in vinegar has the following effects:
In Eastern medicine, sour taste affects the Liver (energy).
In Western medicine, Liver produces neutral fat and cholesterol.
So it is very persuasive that vinegar decreases neutral fat and cholesterol.
In addition to the above effects, it is said that vinegar is good for diabetes. Vinegar controls the rapid rise of blood sugar because vinegar delays the food going to the intestines from the stomach, leading to slowing down the absorption of sugar.
However, if you stop taking vinegar, it tend to return to the original condition, so it is important to take it every day. Good amount of vinegar you need to take every day is a table spoon of vinegar.

In summer, blood tends to get sticky because we sweat more, resulting in dehydration. This tends to lead to cerebral infarction and gout.
Cerebral infarction tends to occur while we are sleeping. We can't drink water while we are sleeping, so it is important to take water before you go to bed. It is recommended to drink a glass of sports drink which is about 50 degree F. Sports drinks are easy to be absorbed into our system because they contain plenty of electrolyte. Also 50 degree F is the temperature which is easy to be absorbed through our intestines.
If you can't move your fingers or you can't speak clearly, you may be in dangerous condition. Easy checking method is trying to lift your arms horizontally, closing your eyes. If you can't do that, you have a risk of cerebral infarction.
Gout occurs when concentration of uric acid becomes too high. When you sweat, you lose water in your blood and concentration of uric acid becomes high. That is why gout tend to occur in summer more. So it is important not to accumulate uric acid and not to be dehydrated.
Making your urine alkalized helps elimination of uric acid for your body, so it is recommended to take root vegetables, sea vegetables, beans and vinegar. They say drinking a glass of low fat milk lowers the risk of gout by 43%.
In root treatment, to slow down fast pulse, Yang meridian is used instead of Yin meridian. If the pattern is Lung deficiency, a point on Small Intestine is chosen, which is Yang meridian of controlling meridian that is Heart.
The pattern of the patient was Kidney deficiency and her pulse was a little fast. After checking with light strokes on some points, I chose left ST37 and gave Yang Ki to the point. I thought the pulse would be slower, but it became faster and pounding. I reset the previous needling by some tonification on her abdomen and tonified right KD7 with Yang Ki. By this needling, the pulse slowed down.
Another patient had Liver deficiency and her pulse was obviously fast. I chose left LI4 and gave Yang Ki to the point. By only this point, her pulse slowed down and all the pulse positions became proper depth. Her abdomen became soft and even as well. Of course, I finished root treatment by this one point. After 10 minutes rest, the pulse was still slow and in good depth.
The difference between 2 cases is the speed of the fast pulse. If the pulse is obviously fast, tonifying Yang meridian point is really effective, but if the pulse may be a little faster than usual, tonfying Yin meridian seems still effective.
