New cause of degeneration of bone is rusting of bones.
What is the rusting of bones?
The rusting of bones happens to those who take sufficient calcium as well.
One of the reason of the rusting of bones is sugar.
The rusting of bones means that sugar attaches to a bone and a part of the bone changes to bad substance. As a result, the bone becomes fragile and easy to be broken.
50% of our bone is minerals which is hard such as calcium and another 50% is protein which is elastic such as collagen. That is why bones can keep the hardness and absorb shocks bowing when necessary.
If you continue irregularity of dietary life such as eating too much, your blood sugar is kept high. And unused sugar attaches to the collagen of your bones and a part of it changes to bad substance. As a result, your bones becomes hard without flexibility and easy to be broken even if the bone density is sufficient. It is called scarification of bone.
But there is another major cause that makes your bone rusty.
That is active oxygen. Active oxygen has sterilizing effect which protects our body from bacteria and virus, but if it exceeds a certain amount, it hurts our body on the contrary.
For example, if active oxygen damages the skin, it causes age spots and wrinkles. If it damages the wall of blood vessels, it progresses hardening of blood vessels. When active oxygen damages collagen of bone, even if your blood sugar is normal, a lot of sugar attaches to bone making bone easy to be broken.
Why does active oxygen increase too much in our body?
A cluttered lifestyle such as irregular diet and/or lack of exercise causes lifestyle related diseases such as high blood pressure or hyperlipidemia, and it tends to increase active oxygen. It is important to pay attention to your diet such as reducing salt or fat and do some exercises such as walking.

Almonds contain a lot of dietary fiber, and contain both water soluble dietary fiber and insoluble dietary fiber.
Insoluble dietary fiber scrapes out body wastes sticking to the intestines. If the intestines become clean, extra things such as cholesterol are not absorbed.
Water soluble dietary fiber wraps up excretes extra cholesterol and toxins and excretes them as stools.
Dietary fiber regulates the intestines.
Nuts are high in calorie. Nuts contain a lot of fat. Almonds contain 55% and hazel nuts contain 75%. It seems like you gain weight by eating almonds but in the result of a research, people who had a certain amount of almonds every day in addition to their usual meals lost weight.
Yogurt with Almond soaked in honey:
Dietary fiber becomes food for lactic acid bacterium and Bifidobacterium contained in yogurt and activates the bacteria. Honey helps digestion of almonds. More intestine regulating function is expected.
75% of macadamia nuts is oil. Macadamia nuts contain Palmitoleic acid which supplements good fat for the skin. Palmitoleic acid is contained in the skin of babies a lot and it decreases by age. To keep the skin rich in springiness/elasticity, palmitoleic acid is necessary. You need to be careful about eating too much because it contains a lot of fat. 5 pieces a day is sufficient.
Chestnuts contain good oil of oleic acid and α-linolenic acid which cleanse the blood vessel. Good oil doesn’t clog the blood vessels and encourages the metabolism of cells.
α-linolenic acid prevents blood clots. α-linolenic acid becomes oil contained in blue-backed fishes such as EPA or DHA which makes our blood vessels soft and flexible when it goes into our body.
Oleic acid reduces LDL cholesterol.
Tofu with Walnuts soaked in honey:
Oil of walnuts makes protein of tofu easier to digest and it is effective to make blood vessels clean and flexible. Eat a piece of cold tofu putting walnuts soaked in honey on it as toppings.
10 pieces of walnuts a day is recommended because it provides the amount of EPA and DHA an adult should take in a day.
Almond and alcohol
Almond contains vitamin E and niacin that helps the function of liver and prevents a hungover.
Vitamin E weakens the function of active oxygen that hurts liver. Vitamin E is dissolved in oil and liver is made of oil so vitamin E spreads all over liver and protects it. When you drink alcohol, active oxygen appears but vitamin E protects liver from active oxygen.
Niacin helps break down acetaldehyde that causes various symptoms from a hungover.
It is better to eat almonds 30 minutes before drinking alcohol or at the beginning of drinking considering the time to digest almonds.
It is difficult to make the sensation caused by damaged nerve disappear, compared to the sensation caused by pressed nerves or other reasons. Doctors usually consider it unable to be healed. What is the difference between the tiredness of the body and the tiredness of the brain?
Even if you feel tired, you are often deceived by your brain. For example, when you have a cold, you feel tired because your brain tries not to move your body any more. This is a protective reaction of the brain. The brain gives the body an illusion of tiredness so that the brain makes the body take a rest forcibly.
What is the cause of the tiredness of the brain?
The tiredness of the brain is the tiredness of the autonomic nervous system.
The autonomic nervous system is the control tower to give commands to all over the body unconsciously. The autonomic nervous system controls various body’s functions such as heart rate, sweating, digestion.
What makes the autonomic nervous system tired?
1. Using smart phones and computers for long hours
Because there is too much information on the computer, our brain automatically tries to organize or memorize the information and the autonomic nervous system tries too much, resulting in getting tired.
2. Eating while watching TV
If you continuously eat while watching TV, the autonomic nervous system has to keep giving an order to digest the foods, resulting in getting tired.
3. Extreme temperature difference
Be careful about extreme difference in temperature caused by AC. When the autonomic nervous system gets tired, it becomes difficult to regulate the body temperature and there is a possibility to worsen cold intolerance.
Doing something against nature puts a burden on the autonomic nervous system.
Soaking in a hot bath like 42 degrees C (107.6 degrees F) is a burden to the autonomic nervous system because it has to make the heart rate faster and sweat to lower down the body temperature. Sweating is the condition that the autonomic nervous system works hard to lower down the body temperature.
Signs showing tiredness of the autonomic nervous system
1. Did you become sensitive to cold or heat recently?
2. Did your eyes become bleary recently?
3. Do you tend to lean on the wall when you are standing?
4. Do you feel the volume of TV that your family member is watching is too loud or too small?
5. Do you feel swelling at night?

If you answer True for any of the six questions, there is a possibility that your autonomic nervous system is tired. If you fit more than 3 questions, your autonomic nervous system is very tired.

How to get rid of the tiredness of the autonomic nervous system
1. Get the power of migratory birds from Chicken breast

3. Take a bath of 39 degrees C (102.2 degrees F)
Taking a hot bath like 42 degrees C (107.6 degrees F) is a burden to the autonomic nervous system. In the way of healing tiredness, sauna is not good because you sweat a lot.
4. Make the color of the room light Orange from 2 hours before going to bed

Sleeping on your side decreases the amount of snoring by 30-40%. Sleeping on your back makes the tongue and the muscles around the throat fall down by gravity narrowing the airway. Sleeping on your side makes the tongue not fall down by gravity and keeps the airway more easily. Holding a hug pillow helps you keep the posture. Sleeping on your side prevents the accident by sleep apnea as well.
When you drink alcohol too much, the autonomic nervous system becomes numb and can’t control the tongue, leading to snoring.
