Recipe of pre-cooked food to rejuvenate blood vessels
Dried curry with hard tofu and mackerel (Fig.1)
Preparation for 3 days: 3 canned mackerel in water 1 and half pieces of hard tofu 3 table spoons of ketchup 3 table spoons of Worcester source 1 piece of ginger 1 table spoon of curry powder 1 table spoon of potato starch (katakuriko) Proper amount of soy source
(1) Add 3 canned mackerel with the soup in a pan (Fig. 2). (2) Add grated ginger with the skin. (3) Add ketchup and Worcester source (Fig. 3). (4) Add curry powder and dry the water over high heat (Fig. 4). (5) Stop the heat once and add tofu (Fig. 5). (6) Add potato starch to thicken it (Fig. 6). (7) Heat it up again and at the end, add proper amount of soy source to adjust the taste (Fig. 7).
You can make other dishes from this pre-cooked dried curry such as pasta source, potato gratin, sandwiches, etc.
