People who easily get irritated tend to have seasonal allergies!
People who easily get irritated emit age-related body odor regardless of their ages. The odor collects mites causing house dust allergy. 80 % of people who have the antibody of house dust allergy have the antibody of cedar pollen allergy. Therefore, people with house dust allergy tend to have cedar pollen allergy. The pollens becoming small cause the increase of serious pollen allergy’s patients! The size of a cedar pollen is usually one third of human hair, but the size of PM 2.5 which is chemical substance discharged from factories is one thirtieth of human hair can makes a pollen smaller. The attachment of PM 2.5 to a pollen makes cracks on the pollen, water in the air comes into the pollen from the cracks, the pollen is enlarged and broken down, producing very small pieces of the pollen. If the size of the pollens is the original size, they are passed from the body sticking to nasal discharge, but the pollens becoming small pieces pass through the back of the nose and invade deep parts of the body such as the bronchial tubes or the lungs, causing cough which doesn’t stop. Too much use of nasal sprays is dangerous! Collunarium such as nasal sprays or nasal drops contains vasoconstrictor that causes narrowing of the blood vessel. So collunarium contracts the blood vessels in the nose and temporally suppresses stuffy nose. If you use collunarium too much, the inside of the nose can be swollen on the contrary. Recommended food to prevent pollen allergy The recommended food is a lotus root. Lotus root has been very famous for improving any lung problems in the eastern medicine. When a pollen go into our body, the antibodies called IgE are produced. The more IgE is produced, the worse the symptoms of the pollen allergies become. Therefore, to prevent allergies’ symptoms, it is better not to produce IgE. Lotus roots contain polyphenol which suppresses the production of IgE. If you want to make the action of lotus roots more effective, it is good to eat with lactic acid. Polyphenol is contained more in the skin of lotus roots. It is recommended to drink amazake (sweet fermented rice drink) which contains lactic acid, adding grated lotus roots. Lotus roots also contain mucin which strengthens the barrier function of membranes, preventing the invasion of pollens.
