Let's Lose Weight by Improving Your Blood Flow

​Blood flow is deeply related to obesity.
 
Q. If the location of “Something” in the body falls, it is difficult to lose weight due to bad blood circulation. What is “Something”?
 
A. The stomach and intestines
 
If you have bad posture, the muscle of your lower abdomen becomes weak and can’t hold the stomach and intestines, and the stomach and intestines fall. The pressure makes the performance of the organs bad, causing indigestion or bad blood circulation. As a result, it makes difficult to lose weight. (Fig. 1 & 2)

When the weakness of the calf muscle causes the pump function becomes weak, the blood in the feet can’t be circulated, causing the intolerance to the cold
 
3. Deepen the breath:
Deep breathing moves the diaphragm well, blood circulation is improved and losing weight becomes easier.
 
Activation of Blood Flow Switch
(1) Breathe in from your nose with bending your neck backward for 3 seconds (Fig. 3).
(2) Breathe out from your mouth, saying “Ha”, with moving back your neck for 7 seconds (Fig. 4).
This movement relaxes your neck and massages the organs because the diaphragm pushes the organs.
It is important to make sure that you tighten your back, anus, and stomach.
 
Q. What is the method to know whether your blood flow is good or not?
A. If the stool floats, your blood flow is good (Fig. 5).
 
Your stool floats means the condition of your intestinal environment is good. If you eat a lot of vegetables, intestinal gas goes into the space between the fibers, and the stool becomes lighter and floats in the water.

1. Hip Joint Oblique Stretch 
(1) Place a rolled towel under your buttocks (Falling organs go back to the original place) (Fig. 6).
(2) Breathe in for 3 seconds with raising your chin and breathing out (Ha) for 7 seconds with extending the back of your neck (Activation of Blood Flow Switch).
(3) Hold your right knee with your right hand and hold your left groin with your left hand and extend your left leg toward the lower left for 7 seconds (it is important that your tip of toes are upward) (Fig. 7 & 8).
(4) Move back to the original position (you should feel the blood flow).
(5) Repeat (3) and (4) 3 times for both right and left.
 
2. Pushing Back of Knee
(1) After (1) and (2) of , raise your right leg and hold the back of the right knee (Fig. 9).
(2) Relax your toes with breathing in for 3 seconds (Fig. 10).
(3) Pull toes toward your face with breathing out (Ha) for 7 seconds and push the back of your knee (Fig. 11 &12).
(4) Repeat (2) and (3) 3 times for both right and left legs.
 
3. Inner Thigh Hip UP (expects shape-up and keeping the right location of the stomach and intestines)
(1) Put in a rolled towel 2 inch above your knees.
(2) Activate blood flow switch.
(3) Raise your buttocks 2 inch above with pulling your chin.
(4) Keep the posture and raise your chin with breathing in for 3 seconds.
(5) Keep the posture and pull your chin back with breathing out for 7 seconds.
(6) Put your buttocks down slowly.
(7) Repeat this 3 times.
 
After 2 weeks of this exercise without changing the diet, her blood flow was improved and the speed of the blood flow became faster (Fig. 15), and she lost 4 kg (8.8 pounds) (Fig. 16 & 17).
