The weakness of the muscle of a particular part of the body increases the risk of death due to heart diseases. Therefore, if you train the muscle related to the aging of blood vessels, there is a possibility that blood vessels will be rejuvenated. Which muscle in the body is related to the aging of blood vessels? According to the research published on The Lancet which is a medical journal, the muscles related to the aging of blood vessels are the muscles for grasping power. Can you open the lid of a jar smoothly? It has been reported a lot recently that people who can’t maintain their grasping power have more risk of death due to heart diseases, and it has tuned out why the blood vessel of the people who maintain their grasping power is young. Women have younger blood vessel age than men. According to a research in Japan, women’s grasping power decreases by 5.7 kg from the highest at 40s to the one at 70s, while men’s grasping power decreases by 11.1 kg from the highest at 30s to the one at 70s. The daily life of a couple in their age of 60s was observed with electromyograph for grasping power attached. The wife’s blood vessel age was younger than her age, while the husband’s blood vessel age was older than his age. The wife used her grasping power 1913 times a day, while the husband used his grasping power 83 times a day. That proves the wife’s blood vessel age is younger than her age because she uses her grasping power a lot to do housework like housekeeping, cooking, washing. Light intensity of grasping like housework is good enough to maintain grasping power. Why does using grasping power maintain young blood vessels? Because NO that softens the blood vessel is secreted. The blood vessel becomes hard with age, but even if the blood vessel becomes hard, if NO is secreted, the hardened blood vessel becomes soft. After you grasp your hands strongly for 5 seconds, when you open the hands, the color of the palms turns red from white. When you grasp your hands strongly, the blood vessel constricts and the blood gets stagnated, turning the palms to white. A week later his blood vessel age became 55 years old. Before the experiment, the secretion of NO in the blood was 51.6 μM, but after the experiment, it became 137.4 μM.

That is why they take more salt before they notice, leading to high blood pressure. Add 3 ear-picks of salt (0.08 grams) to a glass of water (200 ml). When you drink it, if you feel salty taste, you are not a lack of zinc. If you don’t feel salty taste and feel it tastes like plain water, you can have abnormal taste due to a lack of zinc. Even if you don’t feel the salty taste, if you take sufficient zinc, the cells to feel the taste increases and your taste will be restored. 2 Foods to increase zinc in your meals Even if you don’t eat oyster or meat very much, you don’t need to worry about it. (1) Egg yolk Egg yolk contains 4.2 mg of zinc per 100 g. The amount of zinc in an egg yolk is equal to 2 pieces of diced steak. (2) Parmesan cheese Cheese is rich in zinc and among all cheese, parmesan cheese is richest in zinc. Parmesan cheese contains 7.3 mg of zinc per 100 g. The amount of zinc in 2 table spoons of parmesan cheese is equal to 2 pieces of diced steak. Also sesame is rich in zinc, containing 5.9 mg of zinc per 100 g, which is almost equal to beef loin containing 5.8 mg of zinc per 100 g. 10 mg of zinc a day is recommended. The above 3 foods are easy to find and add to your daily meals. A 60 years old woman whose blood vessel age was 70 years old tried to take more zinc through the above 3 foods, and when she checked her blood vessel age a week later, her blood vessel age was 49 years old. The secret to create Equol is Soy Products (Fig. 1). Equol is created in the intestine. When Soy products come to the intestine, the intestinal bacteria break down soy products and create Equol. If you regularly eat soy products for a long time, the number of the intestinal bacteria creating Equol increases and more Equol is created. How much soy products have been eaten until now decides whether you can create Equol or not. The foodstuff helping increase Equol if you eat with are burdock and onion. Burdock and onion contains Fructooligosaccharides which are food of the intestinal bacteria. Fructooligosaccharides increase good bacteria in the intestine, making better environment to create Equol. Other foodstuff containing Fructooligosaccharides are tomato, banana, garlic and asparagus. Even if you can’t create Equol, if you continue to eat soy products for a long time, there is a possibility that you can become a person who can create Equol. Heart disease
The major cause of heart diseases (heart attack: myocardial infarction, angina) is mushy blood. So prevent the blood from becoming mushy prevents heart diseases. When you have a blood test, if LDL cholesterol is higher than the guide line, there is a high possibility that your blood is mushy. The major causes of high LDL cholesterol are smoking, lack of exercise, stress and irregularity of dietary life. Especially dietary life is very important. The food preventing heart diseases is canned mackerel in brine. EPA contained canned mackerel in brine makes the blood flow smooth. EPA is a required nutrition for our body, but our body can’t make it so we have to take EPA from foods. EPA required for a day is 1 gram and a canned mackerel in brine contains more than that. It is good to cook a canned mackerel in brine with the following ingredients. Daikon: pungent component of daikon called isothiocyanate improves the blood flow. Onion: isoariin contained in onion improves the blood flow. The following is a canned mackerel you can buy in Trader Joe's. it is not in brine but in sunflower oil. Product description: Wild-caught off the coast of Tunisia, the Mackerel are skinned and boned by hand, then lightly salted and packed, two-to-three per tin (depending on the size of the fish), in sunflower oil. Mackerel are milder and larger than sardines, and rich in Omega-3 fatty acids (1100 mg DHA and 380 mg EPA Omega 3 fatty acids per serving). They're excellent in salads, on a mezze plate, and stupendous as a snack on crackers. Wild caught with NO synthetic colors, artificial flavors, artificial preservatives, MSG, added trans fats or genetically modified ingredients.
Influence on your health caused by Ghost Vessels The total length of the capillaries in our body is 2 times as long as going around the earth. More than 90 % of blood vessels in our body is the capillaries. If the capillaries in the hands and feet become ghost, required oxygen and nutrition is not delivered to the area sufficiently, making the area cold. If a part of the capillaries in the heart becomes ghost, that can cause heart attack. Cancer cells tend to increase around the area of ghost capillaries. Overweight When you gain weight with unnecessary fat, the capillaries go to the fat as well. People who eat and drink too much or always eat something between meals have blood in the stomach and intestines chronically, making the blood in the limbs stagnate, damaging the capillaries. Ingredient to improve Ghost Vessels Long Pepper (Fig. 7), sometimes called Indian long pepper (Pipli), is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. (from Wikipedia) In Ayurveda, long pepper is used as medicine to remove coldness. In the sixth or fifth century BCE, Hippocrates discussed it as a medicament rather than a spice in Greece. It is recommended to use long pepper instead of other peppers like black pepper. It is good to take a half of tea spoon a day (1 gram). Maximum is one tea spoon (2 grams). Ginger and cinnamon are also recommended. According to a research, 30% of the people who had had a white shining plaque had heart attack (Myocardial infarction or angina) within 5 years.
If not only LDL/HDL ratio is more than 2.5 but also blood pressure is high, blood sugar is high or there is a habit of smoking, the risk that heart attack occurs will go up. If HDL cholesterol increases, HDL cholesterol attaches and retrieves LDL cholesterol in the plaque. So even if you have a white shining plaque, if you can increase HDL cholesterol, you can lower the cubic contents of LDL cholesterol and the risk of heart attack. To decrease LDL cholesterol, take a lot of water-soluble dietary fibers which are contained in root vegetables such as carrot, daikon radish or burdock, mushrooms, sea vegetables and sticky foods such as okra, natto (fermented soybeans), avocado or yamaimo (Japanese yam). In the intestines, a water-soluble fiber becomes gel by dissolving in water and wraps LDL cholesterol and discharges it as feces. To increase HDL cholesterol, walking is considered as the best. Walking 8000 to 10000 steps every day increases a hormone called lipoprotein lipase which has the function to increase HDL cholesterol, resulting in the increase of HDL cholesterol. But since it takes time to increase HDL cholesterol, to improve the condition in a short period of time, it is important how much LDL cholesterol you can decrease. If you are considered as having a white shining plaque, it is better to start with eating more water-soluble dietary fibers. For 10 days, 52 years old female who had a white shining plaque tried the following things. 1. Eating more than 8 g (about 0.3 oz.) of water-soluble dietary fibers (equals to 5 packs of natto) every day. 2. Walking more than 8000 steps every day. 10 days later she had another blood test. LDL cholesterol changed from 181 to 165 (mg/dl). LDL cholesterol decreased by 16. HDL cholesterol changed from 56 to 55 (mg/dl). HDL cholesterol didn’t change due to the shortness of the verification period. But LDL/HDL ratio decreased from 3.2 to 3.0 within 10 days (guide line 2.5). To judge if the plaque will emit a white light or not, it is important to watch the ratio of HDL and LDL cholesterol in addition to total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is produced in the liver and delivered to the whole body through blood as the material of hormone or the ingredients of cell membrane. LDL cholesterol is essential to repair broken cells, but if LDL cholesterol is too much, it stays in blood vessels and goes into the wall of blood vessels through the scar, resulting in forming plaque. The substance which clean the over-increased LDL cholesterol is HDL cholesterol. HDL cholesterol retrieves the extra LDL cholesterol and takes them back to the liver. So even if LDL cholesterol increases too much, if HDL cholesterol is plenty, plaque will not be formed. On the contrary, even if LDL cholesterol is not too much, if HDL cholesterol is little, LDL cholesterol is not retrieved, resulting in forming plaque. Therefore, the balance of LDL and HDL cholesterol is important. When we set the value that LDL cholesterol is divided by HDL cholesterol as LDL/HDL ratio, what is LDL/HDL ratio to form a white shining plaque? The answer is that LDL/HDL ratio is more than 2.5. So if LDL/HDL is more than 2.5, there is a high probability that a white shining plaque is formed. LDL/HDL ratio of the female who had a white shining plaque is: LDL/HDL ratio=181/56=about 3.2 which is more than 2.5 On the other hand, other two males’ LDL/HDL ratios, who didn’t have a white shining plaque, were 172/81= about 2.1 and 118/52= about 2.3 which are less than 2.5. If you recognize your LDL/HDL ratio, you can grasp the possibility of the occurrence of heart attack. Winter is the most dangerous season for heart attack (myocardial infarction).
Accumulation of cholesterol in a coronary artery overtime forms plaque. If the rapture of plaque happens, blood flow is blocked, resulting in death of heart muscle. In winter when it gets cold, our blood vessels shrink not to release heat. As a result, the flow rate of blood goes up and blood pressure tends to go up suddenly. Plaque is easily damaged by the stimulation of blood flow which power increased. With age, most people have more or less plaque. How can we prevent heart attack without bursting plaque? How to predict the occurrence of heart attack There is common characteristics among people who have a heart attack. There are two kinds of plaque. One is plaque which has the high possibility of bursting in the near future and another is plaque which doesn’t have the possibility. Plaque which has the high possibility of bursting emits a white light when MRI was taken on it. So if the plaque in your coronary artery emits a white light, you have the high possibility to have a heart attack within a few years. On the contrary, if the plaque doesn’t emit a white light, you don’t need to worry about it so much. The contents of the plaque with a white light is cholesterol invading the wall of blood vessel. The plaque is soft and easy to burst. But everybody has more or less cholesterol in the blood vessels. What is the difference between people whose plaque emits a white light and people whose plaque doesn’t emit a white light? Plaque of three persons whose cholesterol are more than the guide line was compared. 1. 67 years old male who doesn’t do any exercise for years, Cholesterol: 275 (Guide Line 220), Height: 172 cm, Weight: 53 kg 2. 53 years old male who likes high calorie meals as much as he had gout, Cholesterol: 250, Height: 168 cm, Weight: 60 kg 3. 52 years old female who likes carbohydrates, Cholesterol: 290, plumptious Among these three people, 52 years old female had white shining plaque in her coronary artery. According to the condition of the light, it is not in the condition bursting soon, but if she leaves the plaque as it is, there is a high possibility that the plaque will burst within a few years.
