When you have pain such as knee pain, elbow pain or low back pain, there are usually tender spots around the area where you feel pain and along its related area. For example, if you have Sciatic pain, there are spots where you feel painful or tender when they are pressed around the buttocks, thigh and/or leg like red dots in the chart. Our acupuncture treatment focus on relieving these pain and tenderness. Most spots where you have felt painful before the treatment disappear after the treatment, leading to improvement of the range of motion and/or being able to bend your back without pain or with less pain. 
Gentle and Painless Acupuncture
In Cozy Acupuncture, as the name says, we give you cozy experience of acupuncture, using finest needles made in Japan and round-tip needle-like-tools with gentle technique. Even if you are afraid of needles, you don't need to worry about the treatment because I use only round-tip-needle-like tools for them. There is no difference between sharp needles and round-tip needle-like-tools because both can release painful spots in the same way. To improve your health issue faster, I also add manual therapies (hands-on therapies) such as adjusting the pelvis, releasing the tension of the joints and muscles.
